I must confess that I find New York’s senior senator, Chuck Schumer, annoying at best to listen to. He finds it difficult to speak without a tone of condescension in his voice and characteristically assumes a stance of moral, as well as intellectual, superiority to those who dare to disagree. In other words, a singularly repellant man, whose election and re-election by the voters of New York State remains a mystery to me. Who could stand to vote for such an obnoxious man? Evidently, New Yorkers see his behavior as normal and acceptable.
But yesterday, on the Senate floor, we saw evidence that his colleagues among the Solons share at least some of my aversion to listening to Schumer being his snide and obnoxious self. His anti-tax reform bill rant last night was so crushingly ignored that he complained multiple times that nobody was listening to him.

We need to go out in force next year. There is so much that the Democrats did to average folks and if we are allowed to speak will show a huge contrast between the Democrats and Republicans.

Chuck Schumer makes Harry Reid almost likeable by comparison.
I would not be surprised that there’s a lot of fraud going on, as the rats can not win without it.
The other Senators know that Schumer is effectively being fully exposed and is done.
He is no longer worth listening to, no longer worth their time, or attention. It must drive this camera-obsessed guy crazy.
Someone in the comments just described Patty Murray as ‘having the personality of a potholder’. ROTFLMAO!
Let us hope that the Republicans taste this victory and actually remember that they enjoy it. Perhaps it will get them out of their loser mentality and start winning again. Thank you President Trump for giving them some balls!
