Merge it with Massachusetts so it loses 2 senate seats, as well.

**Sigh.**
No one wants to ask the real questions such as, why is 435 the magic number?
What did the constitution say about the number to be apportioned?
Why did the number of representatives stop at 435 in the early 1900s?
The organization Thirty-Thousand dot org explains this all in great detail.

Deport illegals in CA at a rate such that they lose several seats.

Yes most likely, but so will New York and Pennsylvania. Of course Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina will add seats by those very same New Yorkers and Pennsylvanians and of course Rhode Island who found it to expensive but will go down to those states and mess them up like they did their previous home.

Quick...import some illegal aliens. Like B Hussein Obama said...no one checks for nationality when registering to vote. And in this case, they just need the bodies. They don’t even have to vote.

Corruption in RI was so bad when we lived in New England that I told everyone it was what Chicago would look like as a state.
