And this woman had a college degree? Twins are a riskier pregnancy even if not always high risk. But the chances of them being born before their due date are increased. She mentions that she had her birth control removed so I will presume she meant an IUD. Studies show that getting pregnant while the IUD is in place (it happens) does increase risk of premature birth. I would not be surprised if the same was true if a woman becomes pregnant soon after removal. So right there we have two factors which increased her risk of pre-term birth.
The higher rate of infant mortality among Black women assumes that all Black women live in the same circumstances. How about the stats narrow down things like lifestyle habits, age at first pregnancy, type of birth control used, any past abortions, past STDs, exposure to environmental toxins, and family medical history. Then compare that to White, Asian, and Hispanic women. I bet you will find comparable rates depending on the answers.
If proof is needed about racism causing premature birth or spontaneous abortion a study should be done on Jewish women of previous eras who suffered anti-Semitism far worse than the “racism” suffered by Black women in contemporary U.S.A.
The article doesn’t mention whether or not she has ever had an abortion, but it’s highly likely these early births are being caused by previous abortions.
Fully one third of all women who have had at least one abortion will have difficulty carrying a subsequent pregnancy to term. The condition is called an “incompetent cervix” and it is caused by abortion, which causes the cervix to dilate too soon, and somehow teaches it to dilate and deliver early in every subsequent pregnancy. My daughter lost two babies at 20 and 22 weeks thanks to two previous abortions. I begged her not to do it, but she was of age. In fact, one of them was thirty years ago today.
She finally found a doctor who knew to sew the cervix shut, with wire yet, and send her to bed for the duration of the pregnancy. That is 28 weeks in bed, and she did it twice in three years.
The medical community knows abortion causes this condition. We were told this by her ob-gyn back in 1996! The pro-abortion media refuses to make this information public.
What a stinking pantload of anti-white racist propaganda.
Margaret Sanger’s racism and the one time overt racism of the Progressives/Left/Democrats and now transparently covert racism of same gives us the high black abortion rate. Legalized abortion was specifically designed to cull the “inferior” races.
