Have you seen what flats are going for in Manhattan, especially prime locations like that? The architecture is pretty nice if you like mid-century international modern. I’m sure the hipsters would eat it up, residing there. That is, if they can get the asbestos and bedbugs (among other bugs) out of it to make it safe for residential habitation.
