I hate to burst your cynical bubble but the way congress is going to deal with it is they are going to keep paying. Or else we will vote every one of them out of office. And they know it. We have the highest percentage of high propensity voters. Despite the best efforts in the past of dirtbags like ryan to gut social security and medicare it aint gonna happen. And even that dumbfck is beginning to figure it out. He has gone from “were going to reform medicare next year” two weeks ago to “no entitlement reform in 2018” today. Looks like the gop wants to keep control of congress after all.

I was just explaining the math to you, old boy.

It doesn’t work. Something has to be done.

Close to death panels now. My husband recently had major surgery lasting over 2 hours including a block of nerves in shoulder and arm. Of the $1500+ anesthesia bill, Medicare paid $129.08. And people wonder why seniors have such difficulty being accepted by doctors

Until republicans have 60 votes in the Senate, nothing can happen.

The Democrats will always vote against anything having to do with medicare that is not of their own making

The 60 vote rule essentially eliminates the Senate from government
