From a proposed ban on transgender people serving openly in the military to an amicus brief in support of a Colorado baker who refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple, the Trump administration has often found itself at odds with advocates of LGBTQ rights this year.
But there is one area in particular that has advocates worried, one they say will affect the country, and LGBTQ civil rights, long after President Donald Trump has left office: the record speed with which he is reshaping the federal courts.
When Trump assumed the presidency in January, he inherited more than 120 federal judicial vacancies. Since then, he has made 59 nominations to fill those seats, and the Senate has confirmed 18 of them. Advocates of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer rights, however, are sounding the alarm over the past records of many of the nominees.
“This is an area where they have the ability to make a huge impact,” McGowan told NBC News. “It’s an area where they hold all the cards.”

Stacking the Courts???? Isn’t that what the homo loving commies have been doing for years?? I wish Trump would talk our older conservative justices to retire so he can replace them with younger conservatives while they are still in good health. If one of them was to pass while the commies had the white house, we could lose the court forever. Younger replacements now, while we hold the WH, and somewhat hold the Senate, we could maybe get younger ones in. Of course, Trump would have to meet with the RINOs first to make sure they would push through his replacements. The stinking RINOs would probably veto his selections and pass commie ones.

I hope this is accurate, but it’s probably way overblown.
What is ridiculous is that they are just not overt proponents of lgbtq phony special rights, but they would provide a fair case to them legally on other issues.
If you arent a lgbtq rights activist you get labeled by the left as anti-whatever.

Well if you get a decent Judge he/she is going to have a moral perspective. You can’t have it both ways.
