FBI/DOJ Co-Conspirators Just Lost Biggest Asset – FBI Director Wray Kicks Out James Baker….

There is a clear plan and strategy in place to deal with the schemes of the “small group” of co-conspirators within the DOJ and FBI. CTH advises prudent patience, and assembly of tar and feathers, as the Machiavellian schemes continue to be untangled.

Tuesday afternoon when FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe travelled to Capitol Hill for his 10-hour closed door testimony and questioning he was accompanied by “small group” defense shield, FBI legal counsel, James Baker. In front of the House Intelligence Committee, Andy McCabe suddenly couldn’t remember his relationship with the Steele Dossier. As a result of Attorney Baker’s appearance and specific engagement within the hearing investigators announced yesterday to Baker would be summoned for questioning:

While HPSCI staff would not confirm who will be summoned for testimony, all indications point to demoted DOJ official Bruce G. Ohr and FBI General Counsel James A. Baker, who accompanied McCabe, along with other lawyers, to Tuesday’s HPSCI session. (link)

Today, FBI Director Christopher Wray relieved FBI legal counsel James Baker from his responsibilities within the department. The favored MSM outlet for the defense of those within the “Trump Operation”/conspiratorial plot, rushes to the typeset:

WASHINGTON POST – The FBI’s top lawyer, James Baker, is being reassigned — one of the first moves by new director Christopher A. Wray to assemble his own team of senior advisers as he tries to fend off accusations of politicization within the bureau.

Baker told colleagues he will be taking on other duties at the FBI, according to people familiar with the matter. In recent months, Baker had been caught up in a strange interagency dispute that led to a leak probe and attracted the attention of senior lawmakers, but people familiar with the matter said the probe had recently ended with a decision not ..

UK certainly was, do you remember the crazy, submissive step-and-fetch-it routine emanating out of Whitehall after Trump won? There was a reason for that. They were busted even then and knew it. May seems to have reverted to form though.

They remain directly accountable as federal employees, so demote and reassign. Firing and any penalties or sentencing will occur afterward.

And the guilty parties, waiting for the shoe to fall, will all get to worry over the holidays.
Unhappy holidays to all of them.

The Christmas goose is thawing and getting prepped for stuffing and a long, slow roast over the open fire.

"fend off accusations of politicization"? Why not "clean out alleged corruption"?

I’m expecting many unexplained suicides the week between Christmas and new year! Hope someone is watching bank transfers world wide

Gold and diamond markets should also be monitored.

It’s very broad and I can’t see any clear specifics on it. There is a reference to an ‘Annex’ which presumably contains names of persons affected.

Here is more on it from Treasury:

from the comments at the article:

‘And remember that the entire plot was set in motion by a seminal event of crucial importance that is rarely discussed: after Obama came to power, he FAILED to nominate a permanent inspector general to the State Department. THE ONLY FEDERAL AGENCY WITHOUT ONE!

The motivation was clear: a temporary inspector general did not require Senate confirmation, and a hack and Clinton loyalist was installed for the purposes of ignoring the blatant breaches of State Department requirements concerning email communication. This temporary IG basically sat on it!

A permanent, Senate-confirmed IG was not in place until John Kerry’s tenure at State. And critically, it was this Senate-confirmed, permanent IG that referred the blatant, Clinton email violations to DOJ for prosecution.

Obama and Hillary had acted with malice aforethought without a doubt, and were I President, I would order my AG into my office to notify him that I expected a Grand Jury to be impanneled immediately.

It should be stated there are 3 conspiracies, (1) conspiring to allow DOS email requirements to be flouted, (2) protecting Hillary from prosecution after the referral, (3) conspiring to preemptively bring bogus charges against Trump!’

If he’s still employed at at FBI, Congress can call him on the carpet at any time to compel him to answer...

I do not know if Baker is an agent, but I have worked with many over the years and those trained to work undercover are trained in the art of deception and lying. Their lives working U/C depend on it. So, good luck thinking an oath is going to get you the truth.

*Snerk*.

It's not that they can compel him to tell the truth; it's that they can compel him to *testify*.

Mueller ain't the only one who can use perjury traps: which is why Rush Limbaugh had this ditty about Hillary:

Try to Remember

Thanks for the link;

A little excerpt:

For months, Baker had become caught up in what some law enforcement officials considered a particularly frustrating probe of a leak involving the FBI, the National Security Agency and stories that appeared about a year ago involving surveillance techniques for a particular email provider, according to people familiar with the matter.

emil ...ehh.

Techniques.??....

I would like more detail...

Agents are masters at avoiding perjury traps. That's why you will get nothing but a lot of evasive “I can't remember’’ BS, like supposedly came from agent, McCabe. In addition to being trained in knowing when they can get away with deception and lying, they also receive many hours of classroom instruction and practical exercises in mock courtroom settings on effectively testifying in court. They are as comfortable sitting in the witness chair as someone else would be sitting in their living room easy chair. Hopefully, one day this new AI device will become so reliable that its results will be admissible in a court of law and we will know if the “I can't remember” is the truth or a big fat lie.

Why did you ignore the video in the last part of my post, which humorously illustrated the "I can't recall" defense?

And was it McCabe who just used it before Congress, despite being shown memos over his own signature discus sing the matter?

Maybe another mug shot for your pictorial expose of DOJ/FBI thugs.
