You’d think that there would be just one person who has integrity and loves America in that swamp. Maybe Priestap is that guy.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that, though. IMO he understands that one, and only one, gets to play John Dean. Others can flip and cooperate, but only the first guy to flip gets to walk.

Priestap has no integrity, if he’s singing, it’s purely to save his own neck.
It would be surprising for Priestap to flip. Generally, a person will flip when he or she is the target of an investigation. As of now, there is no reason to think Priestap is a target of the Mueller investigation, one being run by Priestap’s friends for the purpose of manufacturing evidence to impeach the President. I don’t think the IG has the power to indict anyone since his investigation is an internal review. Unless Priestap believes the AG would follow up with criminal charges based on the IG investigation, Priestap has no incentive to cooperate.
