The titles they give these jagoffs.I know. Government stooges have made it into a science. Titles that make it so official sounding. CA state has so many titles, many have no idea what these people do all day.

The Old Line Soviets were pretty decent at the game, but the Chinese took it to the next level.

I know. Government stooges have made it into a science. They probably have an entire dept. that handles giving out "Titles"
