I don’t think they should be prosecuted, given that the wind turbines were legally allowed. But those turbines kill thousands of birds; don’t provide that much efficient and affordable energy; and in some places they are causing human health issues.

I wouldn’t want to live near them.

"Wind Turbines" are actually extremely inefficient Crony Capitalist (Fascist), radically overpriced taxpayer subsidized Fraud schemes.

Those involved should not be imprisoned for killing birds, but should be for Fraud.

Most people don't.

We were one of the first communities in IN to successfully beat Big blow from building near me.

We convinced the Board of Zoning Appeals to force JUWI (German company) into a "Property Value Guarantee" arrangement .

Though they made big claims that it doesn't hurt the property value of non-leaseholder neighbors, they sure wouldn't put their money where their mouth was.

Typical shakedown. Spend 8 years going green with windmills and then on the way out prosecute windmill companies for birds dying.

The politicians who pushed for these wretched things should be in prison and the windmills torn down.
