It's obviously not good to keep having amnesties, but there is no way to get a deal without amnesties. It requires 60 votes for one thing.
It seems like he keeps asking for more, which I hope is the case.
Herbert Walker and Dubya could have done this on their watch and saved American lives and years of grief and wasted treasure. The way the Bush family betrayed and damaged America is nothing short of treason.
