No, those two connection are real for Russia.
Why? It is normally about oil or money.
It is the same situation with Turkey, but I doubt Turkey will have long term partnerships with Iran or Russia. Too many issues for that to last a long time. And Erdogan the Islamist is a very unreliable partner.
Any deal between Sunni’s (Turkey) and Iran (Shia’s) is fleeting.
