So legally what does this mean for her case?

"Her case against Lewandowski might now be in jeopardy under the common-law “Doctrine of Unclean Hands” (no pun intended). Under this doctrine, a plaintiff cannot pursue a legal case against someone else when it can be proven that the plaintiff has engaged in the same misconduct that is the basis of the complaint."
She's asking for an apology now.
