With regard to the Left and their obsession with Watergate, Viet Nam, etc., a very wise friend once told me “You are as old as your last story.”
because it brought down the hated Nixon.
I still say the liberals hated Nixon more then Reagan.
Their view of Reagan was “amiable dunce”.
Now they may very well hate Trump more then Nixon.
