All Mr. COCKED AND LOCKED lacks now is a deplorable black fedora on his noggin to “bring back the hat” to America!
The hat—Re Sam Spade, Bogart, Indy Jones, etc.—is said to have disappeared in the USA in the ‘60s......some say due to JFK setting the trend for no hat! Others site the arrival on the scene of “compact” cars (Ford Falcon, Cheb Corvair, Valiant, Etc. w/restricted headroom.
Time to BRING BACK THE HAT to America again!

The other problem is head restraints on cars. The rear brim bumps against the restraint.
