Good catch...looks like a lot of HF equipment...good for listening to various numbers code transmissions
So...Technicians Licence...isn't that limited to low power VHF bands.....
Anyone have a QTH...post a pick of the antenna set up...should give a good indication of what the Ham Rig is doing.
CAUTION— later comments on CTH indicate the image is PhotoShopped with Nellie’s head on some dude’s torso.
Nevertheless, the HR license aspect is worth keeping on the burner.
Perhaps, the licensed hams who signed Nellie’s test can comment on her skill set. This should be public information at the FCC.
