If you stand and look at the states taking steps to create jobs...then you gaze over at the states which are dissolving competition and refusing to work toward job-creation...it’s creating a curious environment.

Without the jobs....people vacate and leave. You lose representation in Congress via the Census process. With the jobs base, you don’t collect tax revenue to fund your ‘machine’. The loser states all end up paying a price over the next decade. As things progress, I’ll go out and predict by 2030, that both North and South Dakota have a second representative in Congress, thanks to California and New York.
