........well, I think I read the entire article sandwiched between a thousand advertisements and I did not see any “equal pay” for “equal work” and “equal experience”.
So, are we to believe that in Iceland a company that has a “man” with a PHD and 20 years experience in his field must be paid the same as the lady that cleans the office?

If the job is the same, men and women get paid equally for doing it. Seems clear, and fair, enough.
