The fact there is a law doesn’t make the law Constitutional. Sometimes judges even find laws directly unconstitutional. So your response is lacking.
Here’s something else to think about.
Why did Congress circa 1919 need to have a Constitutional Amendment to make the Volstead Act legal?
And why does Congress think they can simply control substances by passing a law without amending the Constitution today?
Not a fan of pot legalization, just of doing the right thing the right way. Otherwise our republic will descend into tinhorn dictatorship.

But, under current law, he is absolutely correct - having a memo out there saying we have a law, but have decided not to enforce it is a bowl of crap.
I am merely stating the law. Some people and professions are bound to obey them, despite lofty discourse. I don’t see how the states can make legal marijuana when it conflicts Federal Code. We are a nation of law, or we are not. If not, which laws am I personally and selectively allowed to ignore?

And the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
So when cigarettes came along....another womens issue....they chose to treat it as a health issue....and scr** the hell out of folks with the "sin tax"....which has also been put on alcohol.
States are finding Marijuana very profitable....and will continue...until they figure out that our children are the target for this drug.
