They start out with the desired conclusion and manipulate the research to fit that conclusion as they work backwards from there.

Let's be frank: the pathologies of nonwhites have trickled up to affect the lower orders of white people.

Well then that is the key to Black unemployment! The government should start licencing Black men as nannies! That way White men can go out and stick up stores shoot up drugs and make more babies knowing their Black brothers will raise their kids the right way. Why this is a win win for everyone!

My father was an excellent pipefitter and construction worker, but, once I hit junior high school, the classes that I was taking were well beyond him and my homework may as well have been written in Greek. However, I always had a roof above my head, food to eat, clothes to wear, and, if I had a problem, he was always available to talk to about it.

In their defense, the CDC had a very small sample to work with since a high percentage of blacks (baraq 0bama) have no clue who their father is and in a large percentage of black households there is no "father" present.

Which is why they were all meticulously removed from the stats, with the phrase "who don't live with"... leaving only the top 20% of all black fathers to compete with the 80% of white fathers... and even so, the top black fathers can barely win by a few percentage points in each category.
That must be why black men are so annoyed with white men.

The report states
“Source of the data
This report is based on the 2006– 2010 NSFG, which was jointly planned and funded by NCHS and several other programs of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. ........ This report is mainly limited to the data collected from the sample of 3,928 men who are fathers.”
So we pretty much have to believe that these 3,928 men questioned all told the truth and so represent millions of fathers who were not a part of the survey. Oh my, this is scientific method?????
Affirmative action hires and a control of the CDC by minorities have made the organization a propaganda arm for blacks. Government requirements to hire minorities has done nothing but destroy the efficiency and credibility of the IRS, CDC, EPA, and a multitude of other Federal agencies. Walk into any government office and note that the number of blacks far exceed the percentage of workers. If the numbers were credible, about 12-15% of each government office should be minority.

This is the same organization implicated by the CDC Whistleblower, William Thompson for manipulating data and having a “trash can party” to throw away the evidence that the MMR shot was causing an increase in autism, especially in black baby boys.

(MMR) vaccine and autism in African-American boys. A CDC

Further, a CDC official was complicit in the whole debacle involving Dr. Poul Thorsen, in which data showing that autism rates went down in Denmark after the removal of thimerosal from vaccines were omitted from the now thoroughly debunked 2003 Pediatrics paper by Madsen et al.
Yet, these individuals remain in place in their
comfortable leadership jobs at CDC, despite the revelation of data manipulation. This destroys confidence in the CDC’s assurances of the safety of the now-bloated vaccine schedule and instead shows its leaders’ dedication to protecting their institution at all costs.”
I know this to be true. I reported my Grandson’s death to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), he had received a DTaP shot at his one year check up and all unexplained child deaths should be reported for up to a year following a vaccine.
I did get a lovely condolence letter from the CDC. Guess who it was signed by? Frank DeStefano, MD, MPH, Director

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He is one of the so called scientists involved in the “trash can party.”
