Maybe the difference is simply some number who lie about not living with the children, so mom can collect more welfare. It is a common scam.

I find it funny (have I no class? I guess not). But it’s also sad, pity the children whose mom’s aren’t sure which of 6 or 7 guys made the lucky donation. Not really. The chosen criterions are all goofy and answers are based on self declaration, which is the worst possible kind of epidemiological data (and most probably designed to be so, unless the committers of such junk science are perfect idiots, which is also highly probable).
And differences in % are insignificant to draw any relevant conclusion, even if they are honest data (which is quite a stretch in wishful thinking given the dishonesty of the conclusions), they are typical of random sampling. With such garbage, the main conclusion might as well be that black men lie more than white men, a much more credible conclusion at that.
