This is huge. There wont be any “holding” back records since its the bank that will be govong them over and the bank has no reason to hold back because it is not under investigation.

Exactly right.
People expect information to be withheld in this transaction. I don’t think so. It’s a bank. A federally regulated bank. Congress wants records? The bank pushes the button and says, “Here’s the data. Sir.”
The bank isn’t stupid.
