Arrest the nut holding the sign...It will stop
You can’t arrest him just for holding the sign. But there’s no reason you can’t stand next to him with a sign that says “Kill a douchebag” and has an arrow pointing in his general direction. The same freedom of speech that protects him also protects him. And makes him a laughingstock.
You can’t arrest him unless he himself threatens to kill cops. This dooooshbag needs to be taken for therapy sessions by concerned citizens. Perhaps therapy should involve burlap sacks and H&B Louisville sluggers.
Someone needs to beat him to a pulp.
I kinda think maybe cops should stop murdering unarmed Americans.
Threats against the public order are not protected speech, and never have been until the late 20th century. Only the imaginative Justice Brennan and his judicial spawn took it upon themselves to protect things like public obscenity and explicit incitements to violent crime.

I wonder if the reason for NOT going after the sign holders because of lack of specificity would hold up if someone repeatedly held up a sign that said, “KILL A OBAMA” or “KILL A CLINTON”....That’s not specific so it should be acceptable..
