Former President Barack Obama’s ambassador to the United Nations has testified that others made so-called unmasking requests in her name, House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy said Tuesday.
“Her testimony is they may be under my name, but I did not make those requests,” Gowdy said of former Ambassador Samantha Power during an interview with Fox News’ Bret Baier on "Special Report with Bret Baier."
Power is among the Obama administration figures who made requests to identify Americans whose names surfaced in foreign intelligence reporting, known as unmasking.
Last month, Fox News reported that Power was unmasking at such a rapid pace in the final months of the Obama administration that she averaged more than one request for every working day in 2016 – and even sought information in the days leading up to President Trump’s inauguration.
"I think if she were on your show, she would say those requests to unmask may have been attributed to her, but they greatly exceed by an exponential factor the requests she actually made,” Gowdy said. “So, that's her testimony, and she was pretty emphatic in it...”

Is she angry? Does she feel betrayed? Is she cooperating? Is she spilling the beans? Does she want justice done? Is she helping to put the real bad guys in prison?
If not, then she’s lying, and she actually did it all herself.

This is not a difficult task to sort out.
Everyone cleared to participate in FISA have a Top Secret clearance and the NDA for that level of clearance should include a clause where they are obligated to be deposed for mishandling or espionage related activities while under polygraph testing
Absent political coverup, sandbagging or official DOJ / FBI obstruction the investigation should be fast and effective
Expect this to happen after the FBI/DOJ small group has been deposed under oath by Congress
So, Samantha Powers... there was a whole clutch of whores? Start from the top with their names, clearly they had to have your ID for system access.
I cannot imagine any situation whatsoever that someone using her name to send an “unmask” request would be legal.

And Powers investigated these illegal acts how and when and with whom?
Obama is very dangerous, in my opinion, because he truly believes he is on a mission to ‘liberate’ the world from ‘traditional’ America, and feels entirely justified in breaking any rules he can get away with breaking, as long as it allows him to ‘transform’ America. Don't know if it was him, but he put into place an extensive network of like-thinkers who were willing to bend or break the rules to achieve their goals.
I believe that all candidates for major federal office, including and particularly the presidency, should have to answer publicly the following questions: “In your view, what would an optimal America look like, and what changes do you think are essential? What policies or laws do you think need to be enacted in order to bring about the ‘best’ America?” If you want to ‘change or transform’ America, why and how?
Yes, they could lie, but at least it would have them on record.
This thing has me totally confused. Which I believe is their intention. So, when they lie and say, “This is nothing” I have to go back and relearn FISA, unmasking, etc. Pretty soon, the people doing the right thing will look like fanatics and The Swamp wins again.
Wouldn’t a SIGNATURE be required on these requests? Also, how is it possible an email, phone call or memo confirming such requests not be sent to the requesting party by the receiving party ???
So the people who fulfilled the requests didn’t know who they were talking to? Someone should ask them,

Yes and she has no authority to delegate her responsibilities to subordinates.
If she did then she is guilty. So we need to know who is telling the truth. With that many unmasking requests it should not be to hard to figure out.
If it was Obama they will probably refuse to answer based on executive privilege.
