Hotair can’t just report the news. They have to put a anti-Bundy spin on the story.

The prosecutors should be disbarred and prosecuted themselves.

The Bundy’s have paid in full for their transgressions if any. They paid in treasure and blood. What will those in the justice department pay for their legal transgressions that have been validated and proved by judge Navarro dismissing the case “with prejudice?”

Oddly during the trials Navarro had given the prosecution extreme privilege. The prosecution’s violations became so egregious that even she dismissed with prejudice.

ps

If I were a subject of criminal investigation and hid criminal evidence from the authorities I would be guilty of obstruction of justice. These prosecutors hid evidence in violation of the Bundy Act. They should be prosecuted just as I would be for hiding evidence.

Where is the Justice?

Even pro-prosecution judges get offended when they find out they’ve been lied to.

Play a judge for a fool at your own risk.

The Bundy’s were innocent from the get-go after the gummint did all they could to put them in jail forever. It sounded like what they wanted to do is the same thing they did to the innocent 75 people in Waco. A new movie about that affair is close to release. Will the movie tell the truth or not?
