The long legal saga of the Bundys and their armed opposition to federal land management in 2014 has come to an abrupt end. Federal district court judge Gloria Navarro declared a mistrial last month over violations of discovery rules by prosecutors, who then filed motions to retry the case. Navarro put her foot down this afternoon, ordering the charges to be dismissed with prejudice meaning that the Department of Justice cannot retry any of the defendants:

Now if these govt folks can be tried and put in jail, that will be complete justice.
Recently Jeff Sessions defended this DA.
Jeff Sessions is an ass
I didn’t see Harry Reid’s name in there, must have missed it.

EXACTLY!...justice isnt done yet!!!
The Bundy’s have paid in full for their transgressions if any. They paid in treasure and blood. What will those in the justice department pay for their legal transgressions that have been validated and proved by judge Navarro dismissing the case “with prejudice?”

If I were a subject of criminal investigation and hid criminal evidence from the authorities I would be guilty of obstruction of justice. These prosecutors hid evidence in violation of the Bundy Act. They should be prosecuted just as I would be for hiding evidence.
Where is the Justice?
Even pro-prosecution judges get offended when they find out they’ve been lied to.
Play a judge for a fool at your own risk.
The Bundy’s were innocent from the get-go after the gummint did all they could to put them in jail forever. It sounded like what they wanted to do is the same thing they did to the innocent 75 people in Waco. A new movie about that affair is close to release. Will the movie tell the truth or not?
They are saying his aggressive defense was not appropriate in the courtroom, in essence.
There may yet be hope for the Republic.
