All thanks to tax dollars paying for medical care, food, Head Start, school, and likely prison for a few.
I was in Jamaica years ago. Cab driver told me that if you have 5 or 6 kids maybe one gets off the island. Buys mom and dad a home back on the island.
Was outside a major southern city a few weeks later. A mother on public assistance with 6 kids (no man around) told me the same thing.
It’s a retirement plan.
It’s also a ‘win’ genetically. More kids = your genes go to the next generation.
Meanwhile, the educated taxpayer suckers have one or two kids or none at all.
