U.S. District Judge William Alsup of in San Francisco just issued an injunction blocking the Trump Administration from ending the program as it announced it would do in September.

Has Trump actually written a second E.O. that revoked Obama’s DACA E.O.?
I don't think so.
If I am correct, all Trump needs to do is write a new E.O. to reverse the judge.
I will speculate he did not write a new E.O. because he does not want to allow political opponents to say "Trump revoked DACA."
Instead, I think he just tossed the DACA issue to Congress, and arbitrarily set March 2018 as the cut off date, with no E.O.
The judicial branch attempting to meddle with the current Congressional discussions on the matter?

Congress rejected DACA twice during Obama, hence the EO.
It time to do more than wait for lawless judges to get slapped down. I believe it needs to start with the DOJ. What possible legal basis could this judge have for his decision. It is purely political.
It won’t stand. The ruling is unConstitutional. The Courts cannot require that an unConstitutional decree by a President is required to be treated as duly enacted law.
Not the Supreme Court. Not even a Court of Appeals. A lowly district judge.

If the Democrats were serious about anything they said today they would impeach this judge with the republicans and tell the Judge that they will not tolerate usurpation of the power of the legislator’s power to make law in the united states.

I wonder what law he is basing thisd on seeing how nothing was ever passed giving these illegal aliens standing in this country...It must be that the judge just does not believe in the rule of law and must base all his rulings on what feels good to him... So, cannot end a program that was already declared unconstitutional? How revealing. Of course it is a California court that is confused. Hopefully higher courts will slap down this idiot judge. Trump should insist on filling any openings at any level in the 9th circuit a national priority.
