Breaking News... A Federal Judge just ruled that California is part of Mexico.
There needs to be a judicial police that answers directly to the Supreme Court that has the ability to prosecute judicial misconduct. This current system is chaos.

Forcing the federal government to (continue to ) break the law is out of the authority of any federal judge.

It isn’t a “program”. It’s just an Executive Order to stop enforcing a law. Trump want to stop stopping us from enforcing a law. So, now an anti-law Judge wants us to stop stopping our stopping of enforcing our laws.
So it is legal for 1 pres to do DACA by EO and illegal for another Pres to undo it??????????
I doubt even the 9th circuit could support this.
The headline is stupid. This is nothing but another liberal bump in the road.
Forcing the federal executive branch to not only continue breaking the law but continue to pay for it is beyond anything. It’s out of this world.
I think the democrats are banking on the notion that if POTUS does not renew DACA it’s going to hurt him. This is the democrats way of not having to vote on it, I also think. Collusion between democrats in congress and the courts in order to help hurt Trump.
Until Congress begins getting IT’S courts under control, these misdeeds will continue. Congress should adopt a policy of impeachment for these judges.

This judge could easily be persuaded to order the government to continue its pre-existing policy. Also, the way the article describes the judge's decision, it is based on Big Sis Napolitano's actions rather than on Obama's. That seems even stranger.

They are as far as the a**wipes we elect to Congress are concerned. Rush had a caller on yesterday who made a great point about HIS kids having dreams too. But very few in Congress care about them.
