Hopefully things are warming up enough for you to get it draining again.
How is Penny coping? Any pub outings?
When I went downstairs this morning it was COLD...no heat and nothing on the thermostat. I changed the batteries, and when I left, it showed 58. If it hasn’t come up when I get home, I will run a space heater for a few hours and if that doesn’t work I will call my boiler guy.
It is currently 10 outside where I work.
Oh, my goodness! I sure hope you haven’t lost heat! 10 degrees isn’t a good time to be without! Yikes!

I finally opened the drain yesterday! I was so happy! Now I hope it doesn’t freeze up again...it’s only the 2nd week in January.
I have to get up early tomorrow and take Penny to the vet for her rabies update shot. She behaves beautifully at the vet. A real champ.
But the South Shore Animal Hospital is NICER than some of the human hospitals I’ve been in.
Pub night lat night was fun, as my rock-star nephew was the host. It was a good night! :-)
Dang, girl! I hope your house warmed up by the time you got home!
Whoever came up with the idea of battery-operated thermostats should be shot! GRRRRRRR!!!
