50 of the 55 voted to remove. Not a single RAT did. The legacy media had headlines saying Clinton Acquited. Hung jury would have been more accurate.

It takes a 2/3 majority to convict. If every Republican had voted to remove Clinton it still would have failed.

It takes two-thirds of the Senate to convict on an impeachment charge. The Reps did not have a two-thirds majority to convict.
