Well, if the original documents have been destroyed and witnesses eliminated, then yes.
HI conveniently uses a system where representations of originals have been certified legal equivalents of originals, so whatever the representations purport to prove is prima face proof - especially if the originals don’t exist. Burn the originals, surreptitiously tweak the data, expire the witnesses (so tragic a coincidence that O’s grandmother died just before BC investigators interviewed her) ... sometimes truth is a dead issue.
Never, no matter what anybody says. It's not just Obama's birth certificate, but also his Social Security Number, his Selective Service Card and the DNC presented two different Official Certifications of Nomination for Obama. The second and final version removed the verification of eligibility.
How one person can have so many issues with their identity is absurd. None of that is dead.
