“...the survey reached DACA recipients in 46 states including Texas, where 17 percent of respondents said they were living, according to the centers separate post of the surveys 22 questions and tallied results.”
How do we know they didn’t lie on the survey? “That survey, we found, asked if DACA recipients had jobs or were in school. It didnt ask if respondents were in the military.”
Really? Think they may have an incentive to fib???
Agreed cause I was about to ask how the hell did they even get into the military without proper identification, etc. and pass a background check at the same time....
I read a Pew survey not two weeks ago that said fully 25% could not speak English and were functionally illiterate.
Who to believe?
How many could read the survey in either Spanish or English?
“Recipients” of what?
The survey participates were self-selected not randomly selected thus it is not a true scientific survey. The is the same problem that occurs with the exit polls.
91% is not nearly all and it isn’t the 91% that bothers me, it’s the 9% who aren’t employed, in school, or in the military. Where are they, are they in federal or state prison for murder rape or mayhem? Oh not all of the 9% are in prisons you say. I stand corrected, the rest of the 9% is in the county jail awaiting trial. Gee, who do you suppose is going to pay for their public defender.
So, if you accept that there are 800,000 DACA recipients, that means that means over 400,000 jobs were taken from American citizens.
How many were they actually able to contact?????
