I assume she expected this response. Those on the Left are thugs and always act like this toward free thinkers.
When the head of their Party tells them to ‘get in people’s faces’ and ‘if they bring a knife, you bring a gun’.....they extrapolate this to mean that they can behave in any way they want and will have the protection of those in their Party. (And they are likely right) The nouns Democrat and Thug are synonymous these days.
