The shutdown will upset only the people who are forcing the shutdown. Everyone else is likely to be thrilled. We don’t need half these government bureaucrats. Send ‘em home. Don’t let them come back.
There could be just one Democrat in the entire Congress, but you can bet he'll fight to the death against the majority.
The real solution is change the rules and do the country’s business by majority vote.
