Article from last summer.... what is "interesting" (as pointed out on Twitter and Reddit tonight) is that the Operations Director for Hawaii's EMA has the friggin' password for the system on a sticky note on the monitor, which has been read online by anyone who noticed this photo accompanying the article!!

Sheer incompetence. One hopes they have changed the password by now, but since this has been online since last July there is no way of knowing who (or how many people) may have seen this....
