They would be considered citizens. Nothing to figure out.
If their parents are illegal aliens, they go back to their parent’s country with them. They can come back when they are adults if they wish.
Anyone else that is here illegally has to go home.

...Only through a misapplication/misreading of the 14th Amendment. For birthright citizenship the parents must be legally residing in the US. Visitors don’t accrue citizenship for children born here.
