Well, last week, a woman crapped on the sidewalk (3rd Street Tunnel and Massachusetts Avenue NW in DC), right near the Georgetown University Law School.
She was out asking for money from cars that emerged from the tunnel. She does act and look like she’s homeless and of low intelligence/ Or, as they would say at the law school, in the alternative, she could be a Democrat.
In the alternative....I bet she has voted in every election since she 1st registered....unbeknown to her of course...
