As this started breaking wide open last evening, I held my nose and started switching to the Fake News channels to see how they were spinning it and guess what? I couldn’t find anything but crickets chirping.
I watched 2 or 3 minutes of O Donnell. The panel seemed particularly deadpan.

I imagine there is less naivety about the media than there was 20 years ago.
