I remember when the baseball players went on strike because the owners wanted a salary cap. It went on forever and the owners finally made replacement teams. The night (late on a Sunday) before the first games a Judge swooped in and blocked every game. Everyone wondered where does a Judge get the power to block the teams from playing a game?
