Yea, there are books on it. I think that “The Obesity Code” is one of them. The basic concept is that FORCE your body to use stored fat, because there’s not easy source of food (i.e., from your digestive tract).

Remember, curing diabetes doesn’t help anyone (other than the diabetics) unless a bunch of money can be made. So fasting is not doing our healthcare business any favors.

Needless to say, you’re supposed to have a doctor watching over you...so don’t blame me (us) if you have problems going it alone.
