WASHINGTON — Donald Trump campaigned as the master deal-maker, a guy who could come to Washington, knock a few heads and get the government working again.
But on the anniversary of his inauguration, America awoke to a government shutdown — a dramatic testament to dysfunction, partisan gridlock and failed leadership.
There was a lot at stake: for the public, for House Republicans who fear losing their majority, for Senate Democrats whose incumbents will now have to defend their votes and the shutdown to constituents, and for Trump, whose approval ratings have languished below 40 percent.
Rodell Mollineau, a Democratic strategist and former Senate leadership aide, said his party believes they are on the "right side of history" in defending the DREAMers. He also pointed a finger at Trump for creating a "man-made crisis" by rescinding the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program that protected DREAMers.
And, he said, Trump has done nothing to forge relationships with Democrats.
"For all of the talk of Obama not reaching out to Republicans in that first year … he didn’t purposely alienate Republicans in the way that Trump has alienated Democrats," Mollineau said.

When posting regarding an issue, we should find and post reasonably reliable sources that has a reasonable chance of telling the truth and with a headline that says the truth. This is the first shot in the counter attack against the invasion of non white legal and illegal immigrants.
It should not be forgotten that a deliberate and intentional decision was made in 1965 to change the demographics of the USA to make whites a minority.
Ted Kennedy and communist democrats abolished the quota system and triggered an invasion.

That plan is still proceeding and is still on track.
The only thing that possibly stops it is:
1- Identifying that this is happening, why, and who started it, and
2- Taking action to stop and reverse it.
This strategy involves naming names and groups and being willing to take everything the communists and globalists throw at us and throw it back harder at them and use all means, including violence if necessary, to prevent their victory.
Trumps decision to stop chain migration and build a wall are great steps and necessary, but the demographic shift must not be allowed to continue.
The Dems chose the 1 yr date for the shutdown to create this new anti-Trump narrative; he’s not a good negotiator. The mentally ill narrative having gone belly up.
That’s pretty much their speed anyhow? Who cares? Sputter and spend in splendor needs to become get lean, frugal, and worth more than two dead flies @ 500 billion each.
