It sounds like Obama hold overs are doing this. Need to fire them all.
I’m sick of all this crap being blamed on ‘Obama holdovers’. Trump has been in office a full year and has hand picked the people to oversee these departments. If this crap is still going on it’s because the people Trump picked wants it to.
Defund the agency subgroup in charge.
Should be easy to do during the shutdown/budget process.
