Researchers at The Alliance for Securing Democracy, an initiative housed at The German Marshall Fund of the United States, say they’ve been observing and monitoring “Russian online influence” for three years, so it’s a good bet that they took notice of PropOrNot’s spectacular failure, while developing the “Hamilton 68 Dashboard,” released on August 2.
According to The German Marshall Fund, the “dashboard” is designed to “shed light on Russian propaganda efforts on Twitter in near-real time.” The “Hamilton 68” website offers a dozen automatically-updated columns tracking “trending hashtags,” “trending topics,” “top domains,” “top URLs,” and so on.
“Our analysis is based on 600 Twitter accounts linked to Russian influence activities online,” Laura Rosenberger (a senior fellow at the alliance) and J.M. Berger (a non-resident fellow) wrote in a blog post on August 2......

Lofty goals indeed, and a product of the butt hurt losers of the uniparty who, if they couldn't get Jeb! to lose to Hitlery, were never going to allow Trump. The advisory council for this apparat includes Bill Kristol (the neocons neocon nobody front boy). So this is the uniparty deep state, another layer of it trying to stop Truth. But actually, imho, an operation of russian counterpropaganda-- the russians were working the FBI and DOJ people whom we all know the names (of). Or, some might put a spin on this as a product of "Merkel-EU-German Social Democrat" (former GDR apparat) operations to ensure Hitlery and the world saving islamo-fascist EU, and prevent Brexit. It's a thought.
The Alliance for Securing Democracy is a project of The German Marshall Fund (started in 1972 as a "gift" of the West German Government to the US, and HQ'd in D.C. today- remember there was an East German one then as well). The German Marshall Fund is supposedly a "thank you" to the us for the Marshall Fund, and was started by one Guido Goldman (look up his history, interlinked with the Social Democrat Willi Brandt, whose chief aide was outed as a Stasi agent of Markus Wolf notorious head of the Stasi). Yes, the same Markus Wolf hired as a consultant to put together the US Department of Homeland Security (by GW Bush et al- re-organizing our apparat with the help of the Stasi, imagine).
Hamilton 68's 600 twitter sample accounts are kept SECRET-- so we are to accept their verdict as gospel-- how convenient for reverse propaganda to fight the effort to get out #releasethememo. This effort at twitter is being run by further "deep intel state" private contractors.
The Hamilton 68 (why is it called Hamilton... hmmmm?) is a project reportedly the brainchild of Clint Watts, a “former FBI special agent-turned disinformation expert,” A former FBI agent-- uh huh. Was he a good guy or bad guy when we fought the Cold War. Or is he now pals with the bad actors at FBI (McCabe, Strzok, etc), and like Steele a contractor for the Russians, working double as consultant to the liberal commie democrat machine at work to stop our Republic. Let's get to work on this-- clarity and identity. There are people trying to muzzle this, to protect their "assets" human and financial in this evil plot.

Just do basic research as to who “The Alliance for Securing Democracy” and “The German Marshall Fund” are.
Both are enemies of the United States and everyone involved in them ought to be considered members of a seditious conspiracy.
