There’s one who has been on Xanax for well over two years and has a son who is younger than her Xanax habit (re. pregnancy and Xanax). The kid is a mess. The woman continues the pot smoking and nights out with the girls (alcohol and country music). Those two are very concerning. Her doctor must be a real quack with a criminal mind.
I know another couple of ‘heads whose two children are both autistic. Saw quite a few other autistic (and Asperger’s) children of potheads while working in a school for a year, too.
It’s likely that many contemporary professionals are affected and subjective while administering studies. Maybe the best policy would be to take care of ourselves and allow the trend to take its course. Maybe we can give ourselves and our friends an economic leg up in the meantime to be more well equipped to clean up some of the mess afterwards.

Of course it is impossible to prove a direct causation without more detailed study. But overall data from multiple studies has shown that is what is going on. Logically it is very simple: people with access to cannabis have another option for their pain and will need less opiods to deal with it.
In my experience people who were using opiods for heavy pain were able to reduce dose or stop completely with help of cannabis.
Several of the people were approaching the limit of what opiods could do and were at risk of damage. By reducing opiate doses with help of cannabis, it has literally saved their life.
Of course a small percentage of insane abusers who simply take everything to get high will always exist. We should not punish good people looking for medicine options because of a few crazies.
Even if we could somehow control all drug abuse, they would huff gasoline and paint. In the USSR, there were junkies who would smoke glue from old shoes. Can’t stop junkies by hurting good people!

IMO, the push to eventually make pot legal everywhere is part of the liberal agenda to destroy this country.
Those poor messed up kids are just the collateral damage they’re more than happy to overlook.

Before being commissioned, every cop should be required to sit for a full day in plain clothes in a clinic where opioids are prescribed outside of his jurisdiction. I saw what looked like a procession of Juggalos getting their opioid “scrips” while waiting for two hours to get an allergy prescription for a family member. They were obviously all potheads.
Lived in a trailer park for a few months while doing some work on a lot. Yep—all potheads. Worked with hundreds of drunks a few years back. All potheads there, too. Prisons: yeah, full of potheads.
It’s all around us all. It’s obvious to us all. Only the potheads deny it.

Get real. The drug companies are pushing synthetic psychoactive drugs like candy DIRECTLY to young children against their will for things like “attention defecit”. Some drugs with proven side effects like violence and suicide.
If anyone is doing damage, it is those greedy SOBs.
Allowing adults to grow and use cannabis with a doctor’s review is not going to bring the downfall of any nation. It will only bring more freedom to The People

Most of those kids are hyperactive, because their mothers were potheads. Common knowledge.

"Bet the girls home life is a bad dream zoo."
And the lives of their neighbors. Worse, if they're armed. Eventually, one of them will go off, as so many others have been doing.
There's a young man who works overnight in the drive-through window of a fast food joint. He preaches the marijuana and pit bull religion on the Internet. It appears that he's also carrying a big, fat piece under his shirt at work. It shows. The cops don't want to do anything about it. They don't want to make themselves sit and watch for a while. They want to play it politically safe and get their pay and benefits.
It's everywhere. Within a few more years, new multitudes of addicts will be freaking out with anxiety and paranoia and start firing.
Our Second Amendment right is important, but that doesn't include allowing retarded people, psychotics and drug addicts possessing weapons.

Mota lowers people's inhibitions. A bad teacher, for example, might get a parent to do something that he wouldn't otherwise do, if he's high. It makes people more silly and pliable. It eventually turns people to the left and incorporates them into the religion of mota (Mexican slang for marijuana, somehow derived from the word, speck).
It's likely that most pot smokers also continue to smoke cigarettes, but they hide the tobacco. Many are vaping to help hide it.
Tobacco is also evil, of course. It costs. It causes some procrastination, although not as much as weed. It causes breathing problems including cancer. And in the current social paradigm, it further prevents people from getting rich.
Exercise is the best drug.

Laughlin and his wife were hippie stoners.
The whole series was a liberal whine fest.
But the ass kickings scene were cool.

Varyouga, you are either being willfully ignorant or because of your background coming from a foreign country... you simply do not have a clue about about the drug culture here in the good old USA. Maybe 1 in 10,000 people using marijuana here including those using it for “medical purposes” are taking it for pain management. People under a doctor’s care for pain management are not the ones OD’ing on opiates either. Your assumptions are completely off base. I can’t even tell you the number of patients that I personally responded to who had OD’ed on opiates. A few had managed to get them from a doctor, but the vast majority were just druggies wanting to get high.

Another lame member of Soros walking army of pot promoters shows up.Amazing argument ya have there. Seems your derogatory personal name calling is it's only point, unless you count the one on your head.

Or the guy I recently put in the ICU on potent medications to keep his blood pressure up because he decided mj is a good idea for people with heart disease. Or the folks I admit for passing out because of too much mj. You stoners can worship your favorite drug all you want but you dont get to pretend it is a benign drug without side effects.
Thank you for your testimony.
