“yeah... medicinal candy..what a joke”

They make gummies and chewable versions of nearly all common meds. They also make pills from cannabis. All the meds have standardized doses on the box. Some people simply hate swallowing pills and the snack versions are no less medical.

Note that doctors in all 50 states can legally prescribe deadly opiods far stronger and more addictive than heroin. They can even give pure METH for “attention deficit”. To CHILDREN in any quantity they deem necessary.

Yet cannabis is federally outlawed even with a doctor’s prescription. It has zero toxicity and has never caused overdose or injury. Zero damage even to animals given impossible doses in a lab setting. Things like Advil and Aspirin are infinitely more toxic than any dose of cannabis and kill people all the time. Yet anyone can buy gallons of them without oversight.

Cannabis prohibition is purely done for profit. It is no way about “society”, “safety” or any such rubbish

Huge difference is all of those medications are regulated. In how they are formulated as well as how hey are sold.

There is no actual control on this just-plain-drug. It’s BS.

And as if it’s going to put such a dent in legit pharmacology $. And as if these peddlers aren’t making smoke $ on it. BS.

Soros tool posts:

"It has zero toxicity and has never caused overdose or injury."

Article reads:

"The girl brought the candies to school last Thursday and said she could not see; another girl ate them and started to feel dizzy, Albuquerque School of Excellence Dean of Elementary School Students Kristy Del Curto told KRQE.

“We noticed the student who initially brought the edible to our school was acting strange. She started saying she couldn’t see,” Del Curto said."

Never caused an OD or injury Really. Tell that to the guy in Denver who recently ODd became paranoid and killed his wife while on the phone with 911. Of the guy I recently put in the ICU on potent medications to keep his blood pressure up because he decided mj is a good idea for people with heart disease. Or the folks I admit for passing out because of too much mj. You stoners can worship your favorite drug all you want but you don’t get to pretend it is a benign drug without side effects.

Nice talking points / S ...

I don't know how old you are, but I grew up in the 70's

Dopers / Stoners were commonplace. Many friends would up basically getting stoned everyday, lost all ambition, in many cases moved on the harder drugs, threw their life away...they were stoned on stuff far weaker then what's on the market today...

I had a few friends I found on the beach dead from drug overdoses and I'm the guy who got them stoned the first time passing a doobie.

So don't push that BS MJ is harmless.

I myself moved from smoking everyday all the way to coke and meth...before the Lord saved me...

Personally, I'm all for carefully screened medical use under a doctor care and supervision, but we both know that is not what is happening...

Your BS is not helping...

I always hear the “done for profit” line when it comes to pot prohibition, I would think if there was that much profit to be had the drug companies would lobby DC heavily to get it legalized.
