We better wake up and make nice with Putin or China will.
China and Russia are held together right now by the common desire to diminish American hegemony.
But economically, China gets a lot more out of working with us and quite frankly, they are more dependent on us than we on them even with all the ridiculous “sellout” behavior of our elites to China in recent years.
Chinese needs/wants America far more than they need Russia - which doesn’t have a whole lot to offer in economically as they do them. Chinese economy is several times bigger than theirs.
In the long run, Russia is nervous about Chinese taking over the Far East part of the country. There are already trickling in and investing/staking claim...
My prior post was typo-ridden: basically 1) China needs America more than we need them. 2) China definitely gets more out of a relationship with us than with Russia, which is economically weaker. 3) And finally:
