The demonrats know this memo will be leaked or released before the elections next fall. The question is when can it be done for maximum impact and what are the risks to the pubbies?
This is a terrible thing to have happened to our coutry but it is going to be very fun to watch the media and the rats sweat it out.
One thing to remember though, a wounded animal is probably more dangerous than otherwise.
