The original argument was “the kids should not be legally responsible for the crimes of the parents”
well why shouldn’t the parents be responsible for the crimes of the parents instead of being rewarded..???

The growers don't even try to recruit Americans. There are plenty of unemployed Americans who would be happy to work for the growers. The fact that the growers provide a clean place to live for seasonal workers would be icing on the cake for many marginalized American citizens.
