IF this approach would definitely keep kids from being molested by these creeps, I would be all for it, regardless of how disgusting I d\find it to be.
But, my guess is that interaction with these dolls would normalize the activity and would, in effect, be pouring gasoline on the fire.
I like this choice better:

There was a radio personality here who got busted in a kiddie porn sting. Horrifyingly when questioned by police he admitted to having molested HIS OWN GRANDDAUGHTER!
Police caught him in an online sting where he was trying to buy kiddie porn showing girls WHO LOOKED LIKE HIS GRANDDAUGHTER!!
The two are mutually re-enforcing. The porn was not a substitute.
It depends on what you define as pedophile. Age of consent used to be lower, so you could get an adolescent prostitute a century or two ago.

The biggest problem is that scientists have discovered that pedophilia may actually be a mental anomaly that comes with a brain malformation, which means that it’s not a choice for them to be attracted to children.
