It sounds like John Kerry, who is not in any Government Position, or Power position of any kind or type..
But he is a liberal Democrat so he will not be punished for any laws he would break, it is the way they operate in Washington...
So thankful he also NEVER became a POTUS..He needs to shut up, and care for his invalid wife and source of income.
